The flexible nature of the materials used together with the strap and buckle fastening system, ensures a snug and neat fit every time.
Customer input on the strength of acid temperature is required to enable Spray-Wrap to advise which flange cover will best suit customer’s needs.
Manufactured from flexible black reinforced, flame retardant, UV- stabilised acid resistant, PVC material with added membrane (woven glass fibre with thermal treatment) when required.
Temperature rating: 80°c
Available with leak indicator strips or colour bands, if required (at extra cost).

Manufactured from flexible black TEFLON (PTFE) coated woven glass fibre, reinforced, flame retardant, UV-stabilised acid resistant material, with added membrane (woven glass fibre with thermal treatment) when required.
Used for harsh chemical applications with excellent barrier properties.
Temperature rating: 260°c
Available with leak indicator strips, if required (at extra cost)
NB: Colour bands cannot be supplied on PTFE material.
